Is my data safe if I lose my phone?

Yes, if iCloud Backup is on (Settings → iCloud Backup). Install Nomia on a new iPhone signed into the same Apple ID and the first launch offers to restore everything, records and receipts included.

Does the app work offline?

Everything except the AI assistant: logging, budgets, loans, cards, insights, and the Quick Parse button all run entirely on your device.

Why didn't Quick Parse recognise my bank message?

Quick Parse learns. Fix the entry once before saving, and the correction becomes a permanent rule. You can also write your own rules in More → Quick Parse ("any message containing TALABAT is Food"), and they win over everything else.

What does the AI assistant see?

Only what it needs when you use it: your message plus context like account names and recent activity. Conversations aren't stored on our servers. See the privacy page for the full picture.

Can I use Nomia without the AI?

Completely. The assistant is optional; the entire ledger works without it.
